HOW IT WORKS

1. Purchase Two Chains

When you sign up, you’ll purchase two chains through Saint Cloud. This gives us one chain for your bike and one ready for your next swap.

2. We Wax + Install Your First Chain

Bring your bike into Saint Cloud (no booking needed). We'll wax and install your first chain on the spot, and keep your second chain ready for later.

3. Ride Until You're Ready For A Fresh Chain

When your chain needs a refresh, bring your bike back (again, no booking needed) into Saint Cloud.

4. We Swap Your Chains

We'll swap your chain on the spot while you wait, replacing it with a freshly waxed one. We'll then clean and rewax your used chain, ready for your next visit.

WHY WAX?

Once you ride a properly-waxed chain, the difference is huge — buttery smooth, incredibly quiet, and far cleaner than drip lubes. You’ll replace fewer chains, cassettes, and chainrings over time, and your drivetrain stays efficient day in, day out.


FINER DETAILS

Two chains must be purchased when signing up. Your first month of chain waxing is free, followed by $40 per month. Subscription includes unlimited chain waxing for the two chains purchased as part of your subscription. Minimum three-month subscription applies. You may cancel after your first two paid months. Chain swaps are available in-store at Saint Cloud during opening hours and do not require a booking.
