Delivery Locations

Saint Cloud make deliveries in both Australia & World wide.

Our delivery method is made by Australia Post so your order can be delivered to PO Boxes and all other address's. 


Processing your order

An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.

Delivery is between Monday and Friday unless in store pickup is selected.


Tracking Orders

All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking and will be sent you once once order is processed.

International orders are sent with Australia Post.  This service comes with tracking and your tracking number will be sent to you once it has been posted. If we are requested to make alternative shipping arrangements due to your countries tracking limitations, we cannot guarantee tracking and will not be responsible for the delivery of orders sent internationally.


Delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched same day during business hours – We endeavour to get your order to you ASAP. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it is 1-7 days.

IMPORTANT: Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition. If you receive a damaged item please contact us within 4 days of delivery and do not throw it away as we will require proof that the item has been damaged (for example: images e-mailed to us of the damaged item.


Prices and Payment

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.


Orders sent to an Australian address

  • Free express delivery (Australia wide) for orders over $100 after. Does not include bulky items or complete bikes.
  • Orders under $100 are sent at a standard or express postage as calculated at checkout.


Orders sent outside Australia

  • Delivery costs vary depending on the country the parcel is being delivered to and the delivery method chosen.
  • Free postage over $100 is for parcels sent to an Australian address only
  • Some parcels sent overseas will be quarantined by Customs until an additional fee is paid to Customs to release the parcel to you. Please check the applicable Custom laws in your country before placing your order. Saint Cloud is not liable to pay such fees and is not responsible for the rejection of your parcel.

 

Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached and in the original packaging, and you’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email shop@saintcloud.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, post your item to:

Unless the item is faulty or we’ve made an error, return shipping is at your cost and original shipping fees aren’t refundable.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover costs of return shipping and process an exchange or full refund once the return is inspected and approved. No restocking fee applies.

Change of mind
If you choose to return an item for any other reason, a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund:

- Saint Cloud in store items: 10%

- Supplier warehouse items (marked on the product page): 20%

Exchanges
Exchanges are welcome within 30 days for eligible items. Once your original item is returned in sellable condition, we’ll send out your replacement. No restocking fee applies to exchanges. Shipping fee will be applied to exchanges for us to ship out new item; even if free shipping was applied to original item purchased.

Sale items
Please note that sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days (bank times may vary). If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

We use your personal Information to provide our services to you, which includes: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfillment of your order, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers.


Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will retain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase this information. For more information on your right of erasure, please see the ‘Your rights’ section below.


Automatic decision-making

If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to object to processing based solely on automated decision-making (which includes profiling), when that decision-making has a legal effect on you or otherwise significantly affects you.

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

  • Temporary blacklist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This blacklist persists for a small number of hours.
  • Temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses. This blacklist persists for a small number of days.
