How to Consume KODA Energy Bar
For best results, KODA Energy Bars should be eaten about one to three hours before activity along with water to prevent hunger and supply energy to working muscles.
During prolonged, lower intensity activity such as hiking or biking, KODA Energy Bars can be eaten during the activity to help satiate hunger and meet carbohydrate demands.
KODA Energy Bars can also be eaten after exercise, as a snack between meals or during a long, busy day to help supplement energy and nutrients as required.
