Puncture-Repairing Action With its fast sealing action Effetto Mariposa Caffelatex Foaming Sealant is ideal for MTB and Road tubeless, tubular and standard tyres. Caffélatex repairs punctures up to 5mm (MTB tubeless) and 3mm (Road tubeless).

Microscopic Particles Won't Clog Valves Thanks to the addition of microscopic silicate particles, Caffélatex moves slowly through holes, allowing the sealing ingredient more time to heal the puncture. These particles are NOT of macroscopic size (e.g. glitter 150-300 microns) but are instead microscopic particles less than 2 microns in diameter. Thus, Caffélatex flow characteristics change on a microscopic level without the headaches of valve-clogging glitter. Puncture repair speed is especially noticeable with lightweight or thin-casing tyres.

Ideal For Tubeless Road Or MTB Tyres In fact, Caffélatex is a truly innovative tyre sealant, successfully used on and off road, for tubeless, tubular and inner-tube applications. Its exclusive formula, based on synthetic latex, contains a foaming element (ActiFoam) activated by wheel movement which also makes the sealant very effective against sidewall punctures.

Recommended Dosage Road or CycloCross applications: 30 to 50 mL per wheel MTB tyre applications: 50 mL for MTB tyres up to 26×2.10/29×2.00 MTB tyre applications: 60 to 100 mL for MTB tyres over 26×2.10/29×2.00 Recommended checking frequency: Every 2 months to make sure it's still liquid and retaining its puncture-preventive properties Please note that wheels are still air-tight when Caffélatex is no longer liquid, but Caffélatex will not actively repair punctures at this point Usage and storage temperatures: usage: -20/+50°C ~ storage: -15/ +30°C
