PIONEER POWER

I’ve been using the Pioneer power meter and head unit for about 4 months now.

This system has served me well. There have been no technical hiccups like I’ve experienced with some others. The power readings have been consistent and the head unit is fantastic.
I use the L and R power meter which allows independent data for each leg. The way this is displayed on the computer is very easy to understand and there many different ways this data can be shown like L/R balance, pedal stroke efficiency etc.

This is a power meter I would highly recommend. The L and R system costs $1499 and takes around a week to be installed. The head unit is $349, but you can use your Garmin if you don’t want to fork out for a new computer.
