About you
If you’re someone with an unbridled passion, and extensive knowledge in all things cycling, you are already ticking boxes. With a background in bicycle mechanics, you will ideally have hands on experience in a bike shop.
Key Responsibilities
- Working under a workshop manager on all bicycle repairs, building boxed bikes and custom builds.
- Maintaining our reputable inclusive and welcoming customer service approach when dealing with workshop customers.
- Booking in and booking out bicycle services.
- Helping to manage our service calendar and booking system.
- Working with our suppliers and inventory management team for special orders and warranties.
- Maintaining a super clean and organised workshop.
