INTRODUCING OUR BIKE DELIVERY SERVICE
As the lockdown continues in Victoria, we are trying to find ways to further service our cycling community. We can't wait for the day we can welcome you all back in store with open arms, but it looks like we have to stick it out a little longer.
Introducing our new bike home delivery service:
- Once you have picked out your new dream bike, our staff will help you to work out the appropriate size. We will need your height and inseam measurements.
- We will take payment prior to the bike being delivered.
- COVID-Safe delivery will be free within a 15km radius. If you live beyond this, get in touch to discuss a small delivery fee.
- If after the first ride (within 1 week) you are not satisfied with your bike or size, you may return it in as new condition for another size or model. There will be no refunds as this is an exchange option only.
We know a lot of you have been chomping at the bit to test ride and access some of the great 2021 model bikes which are arriving daily. Get in touch to organise your home delivery today!
