With only 25 grams of weight, it saves about 50% compared to conventional butyl tubes. The specific material tuning of the thermoplastic polyurethane gives this hose its unique latex-like rolling behavior and minimizes rolling resistance. For a few watts of extra freedom!

The valve made of particularly impact- and break-resistant thermoplastic is ahead of its time. Minimal weight is paired with maximum performance. A specially designed valve base prevents damage to the tube caused by sharp edges on the valve bore.

The valves developed by REVOLOOP are made of a special, high-strength thermoplastic polyurethane. They combine highest technical demands with minimum weight and sophisticated design. The internally welded valve base protects the tube from damage caused by sharp edges on the valve bore in the rim and the dreaded valve breakage.

REVOLOOPs patent-pending welding process makes it possible for the first time to weld thermoplastic tubes with large wall thicknesses in such a way that an almost even seam can be produced. Through this technologically sophisticated process, REVOLOOP achieves perfect rolling comfort while at the same time providing the highest level of safety against failure due to snakebite and puncture.

Thermoplastic polyurethanes are recyclable plastics. Since both the tube and the valve are made of TPU, R E V O L O O P® bicycle tubes can be completely recycled. Out of responsibility towards the environment.
