This week we had the pleasure of playing with the new Dura Ace 9100 group-set on a Giant TCR build for Darren, the Giant Australia GM. After the build, the bike went into Adaptive Human Performance for a bike fit with Ken.
The group set is a definite step up from the already fantastic 9000. The front derailleur is smoother with an incredibly light up shift and built in cable adjuster, the rear mech is crisp and fast with the ability to take an 11-32 cassette, the hoods are petite and comfortable and the brakes are stiffer with the added brace plate between the arms.
We can’t really fault it and are buzzing to get stuck into the Di2 and hydraulic offerings.
